At this time we are not accepting returns or refunds. We understand that it may be difficult to choose the perfect scent for your home online, however, a refund or exchange will not be made if you dislike the scent of your product. If you are not taking proper care of your candle and it results in issues such as tunnelling or soot buildup, you will not be entitled to a refund. If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please send us a message within seven days of receiving your order so that we can mediate the problem.
Currently our lead time to ship online orders are 4-6 days after order is processed.
Please note this time does not include shipping time (once your package is dropped off at the mail)
We use Canada Post as our shipping agent. Once your order has been dropped off at Canada Post, delivery time is not our responsibility. If you have an issue with the delivery of your product, please contact Canada Post directly.
Absolutely! If you are local (North Shore) you are more than welcome to pick up your order. Please select "local pickup" at checkout. All orders that are selected for pickup will receive an email indicating pick up instructions when ready.

Our candles and wax melts are proudly created using high quality, 100% North American soy wax. No additives. No fillers. Just soy wax. We scent our products with premium fragrance oils. Our wicks are made from cotton, never lead.
