PICK UP + SHIPPING POLICY:

If you are within the Blind River/North Shore area and choose to pick up your order, please read carefully.
Following order completion, you will receive an email detailing all pick up instructions. Please ensure you are reviewing your spam/junk mail as sometimes the pick up emails do not make it to the inbox.

**If your order is set for pickup but your shipping address is outside our region, we’ll need to cancel it within 72 hours unless you let us know why pickup works best for you. This helps us keep our free pickup option available for our local community**

When you receive the email to pickup your order, it is your responsibility to let us know if it cannot be picked up that day. Please inform which date/time works best for you.
Refunds/exchanges will not qualify on any order neglected to be picked up.

WINTER PICK UP AND SHIPPING POLICY:
effective October 1st

If you are in the Blind River/North Shore area and choose to pickup your order, please read carefully. Due to the temperatures falling and getting cold, there is a risk that your candle may freeze if exposed to cold temperatures for too long. It is important to allow your candles to FULLY come to room temperature before lighting otherwise your candle may crack, or underperform. Cold candles may not give off much scent, frozen candles also run the risk of having the labels ruined by condensation. 

When you receive the email to pickup your order, it is your responsibility to let me know if it cannot be picked up that day. Please inform which date/time works best for you. 

 

Forrest Glen Candle Co will not be responsible for any orders neglected to be picked up and left outside for extended periods of time. By placing your order, you are agreeing to these terms of pickup.
