Pick Up Policy

WINTER PICK UP AND SHIPPING POLICY:

effective starting 10/1/2021

If you are in the Blind River area and choose to pickup your order, please read carefully. Due to the temperatures falling and getting cold, there is a risk that your candle may freeze if exposed to cold temperatures for too long. It is important to allow your candles to FULLY come to room temperature before lighting otherwise your candle may crack, or underperform. Cold candles may not give off much scent, frozen candles also run the risk of having the labels ruined by condensation. 

When you receive the email to pickup your order, it is your responsibility to let me know if it cannot be picked up that day. Please inform which date/time works best for you. 

I will not be responsible for any orders neglected to be picked up and left outside. 

Orders will be shipped Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday to avoid prolonged exposure to cold over weekends. 

By placing your order, you are agreeing to these terms of pickup. Refunds or exchanges will not be given. 

 

SUMMER PICK UP AND SHIPPING POLICY:
effective starting 05/22/2021

If you are in the Blind River area and choose to pickup your order, please read carefully. Due to the current rising temperatures there is a risk of your candles melting if exposed to high temperatures for too long. 

When you receive the email to pickup your order it is your responsibility to let me know if it cannot be picked up that day. Please inform which date/time works best for you. 

I will not be responsible for any orders neglected to be picked up and left outside. 

Orders that require shipping will be shipped Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to avoid your candles sitting on a truck or in a warehouse over the weekend in the heat.
